Tungsten copper is an alloy of tungsten and copper. Tungsten copper alloy is composed of fine tungsten and copper powder, which is refined through isostatic pressing, tungsten skeleton high temperature sintering, copper dissolution and other first-class immersion sintering processes.
Applications of Tungsten Copper Electrodes
Resistance welding electrode: tungsten-copper alloy integrates the advantages of tungsten and copper, high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, high strength, specific weight, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, easy to machining, and has the characteristics of sweating and cooling. Because tungsten copper alloy has the characteristics of high hardness, high melting point and anti-adhesion of tungsten, it is often used to make convex welding and butt welding electrodes with certain wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
Edm electrode: for tungsten steel, high temperature resistant superhard alloy mold needs electric corrosion, the ordinary electrode loss is large, slow. The characteristics of high corrosion speed, low loss rate, precise electrode shape and excellent machining performance of tungsten-copper alloy can greatly improve the accuracy of the workpiece.
