(1) Cast steel refers to a type of steel casting produced by casting methods. Cast steel is mainly used to manufacture parts with complex shapes that are difficult to forge or cut into shape but require high strength and plasticity.
⑵ Forged steel refers to various forged materials and forgings produced using forging methods. Forged steel parts have higher quality than cast steel parts, can withstand large impact forces, and have higher plasticity, toughness, and other mechanical properties than cast steel parts. Therefore, all important machine parts should use forged steel parts.
(3) Hot rolled steel refers to various hot rolled steel products produced by the hot rolling method. Most steel is produced by hot rolling, which is often used to produce large steel products such as section steel, steel pipes, steel plates, and also for rolling wire rods
(4) Cold rolled steel refers to various cold rolled steel products produced by the cold rolling method. Compared to hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel has the characteristics of smooth surface, precise size, and good mechanical properties. Cold rolling is often used to roll thin plates, steel strips, and steel pipes
(5) Cold drawn steel refers to various cold drawn steel products produced by cold drawing methods. The characteristics of cold drawn steel are high precision and good surface quality. Cold drawing is mainly used for the production of steel wires, as well as for the production of round and hexagonal steels with diameters below 50mm, as well as steel pipes with diameters below 76mm
